i don't understand ionic equilibria 4. lols. i nvr put in enough effort. hais. depreesing.

i wan2 train for 400m, 200m and 800m.. and hopefully inter cca race. lols.. my timing for my 2.4km run has dropped drastically. although it is still high. i feel uncomfortable running wif my big arms. lols! cos its somewhat diff when u have bulging muscles. lols.

my main aim is to sprint for 2.4km...really sprint i mean.

i feel jealous.. lols.. but is reeally nth ba... i mean afterall frens do feel jealous of each other sometimes.. haha!!!!!

Let us take care of our EQUIPMENTS properly. DO not MISPLACE them.. its gonna hurt my allowance.. but its a lesson everyone should learn. how come to replace such equipments so exp de..

that day when i was sick and went home from school, i took a taxi. the taxi driver told me about not stressing urself too much.. take pride in the things you do.. and of course be happy. although he is a taxi driver, he looks educated and has great wealth of knowledge. i believe that he will ultimately succeed in life ba..[ a rather random paragraph]

i decided to fail napfa so can train ma.. and i declared that i wan2 fail with nigel and glenn.. but then... on thurs.. i pass la.. ai ya.. diappoint them..

i feel i heading in the right direction.. should keep training myself.. to push myself further.. to stop serving and to re serve once i have an opportunity. its a promise i made to Fwee3na.. no leaderships stuff for JCs.. but i guess i miss it.. i rmb the camp in sentosa. my instructor told me i was natural in engaging audience.. but i guess PPL do need to take a break.. in my JC life i am determine to push myself into excelling and to improve my weakenesss and hone my strengths.

well.. my scouts troop really diminishing ba.. the youngters these days cannot take hardship la.. but still my troop is a bit too fierce in training.. however such training can prove worthless if the juniors do not take in and change..

EPL is starting soon. Liverpool ROCKS! yea. big time.. its been really a long time since they won their last premiership crown. say 1990? the year i was born...
