first in the heats for 4x100m.. then silver for 4x400.. i am disappointed in myself for failing to take the lead... argh!! very sad le.. otherwise can get gold de.. sorry team.. i'll train harder..

haha.. i guess waiting is worthwhile ba.. i the only one from my class to watch the concert.. then so lonely.. but of course there is a purpose in watching.. haha.. then....(fill in the blanks yourself)
