hmm.. i believe human is one of the weirdest creatures on earth.. sometimes its the best to think simple where simplicity leads to innocence which can't hurt you.. complicated matters lead to harder situations which u can't get back..

hmm.. sometimes its so diff to please ppl.. don't u realise when u do left , ppl wan right... when u do right, they wan left.. sometimes it too tiring to do all this.. sometimes its best to let others fill in ur roles if possible..

i also mean we can nvr do something alone.. wad we need is a team.. so that we can do things together.. if even a team cannot work together how can other perceive us as the creme of the corps..

further more like fofo said.. prefects r slacking.. yea..i feel that they don't have discipline in themselves.. not self-concious.. fortunately they are not uniform group..i believe most uniform groups are discipline.. like mine.. at least we make sure if something is wrong it is ammended(hard or soft approach).. u should see the camp... our teachers will make sure they r discipline..

still i tink values are not strong enuf in prefects.. thats y they can't deliver.. and they r nt working to the same goal.. or perhaps if we compare to autonomous schools.. they rarely have such problems.. we can nvr say they are smarter than us.. why simple things they can do it so efiicient and not us? re look at our values ba...

values are the most impt in a person.. wif values then they know how to differentiate..
sometimes its reeally bullshit.. its amazing how i do a duty for 1 prefect while she is talking to her frenz.. and she did not see ppl going off..i had to block them.. so if ppl thinks team leader is slacking lol.. think again.. fear to me is nth..its really to enforce the duties..

conclusion::: they lack the x factor...
w/o a good foundation one can nvr excel.. i only see people who can lead , model the way and hve strong values..

they say sec3s this year are the worst batch. i beg to differ.. sec3s u all should picked up ur bone and show wad u all r capable of.. u all have potential but u all are just too lazy and thinks it is too comfortable in ur own shell.. step out.. and prove ur worthiness..
